Doncaster
has a rich and varied food scene. For a town of its size there is a wide
range of restaurants available offering cuisines from around the world.
What many forget however is the quality and variety of local produce and
prepared foods. The town has a number of nationally recognised
speciality producers creating variations on traditional Yorkshire
themes. Toppings is leading the way for these local producers and
winning national and international recognition in the process.
The company has been a stalwart of the Taste of Yorkshire Shows held in
Doncaster. The shows are a must for all foodies and especially those
interested in Yorkshire fare, drawing crowds from across the UK. If you
can't wait until the next show you could always visit the Toppings at
their retail outlet in the Corn Market, Doncaster. Another more exotic
way to taste their wares would be to book a cruise with Fred Olson Cruise
Lines, Fred Olson have been customers of the Toppings for some time!
